Schedule Kathy to Speak in Your City
What does it look like for you to run like a girl? Do you remember the freedom and lightness when you played as a child? Can you recall your creativity, your ability to take risks and the feeling that anything was possible? Would you like to feel those things again?
Kathy Vick’s message fuels and inspires women to run the race, to take responsibility for their mission and calling and to have fun in the process! She reminds us that it is the dream we had at ten and still have at fifty that we need to pay attention to.

Soul Picnic: If I told you that there was an energy that flows inside you that reinvents and revives your energies, would you use it? Do you know how to nourish the place that brings inspiration and creativity into your life?
The way to get maximum voltage from your life is to make intentional choices regarding your energies and time. Together we will explore what is in your picnic basket and how to use those elements to bring your days back into balance and begin to clear space for the next exciting step for your life.
We will…
- Talk about why caring for your soul is so important
- What gets in your way
- Identify where you currently spend your energies and time
- Recognize mindsets that make busyness a badge of honor
- Discover your personal indicators that tell you your plate may be full
- Gain creative tools for making intentional choices of what you put on your plate
- Begin to fill your days with the things that bring you energy
Reinvent.U: You and I have reinvented ourselves many times whether we participated or not! Webster defines reinvention as “bringing back into existence or renew.” Reinvention is not so much about re-creating the wheel as aligning our wheel. It is not so much about creating a whole new you, as it is restoring the girl in you. Giving you back a sense of fun, purpose and passion. My clients and I call it getting our groove back.
How can you use this powerful process for good in your life?
Together we will explore the “Five Things Every Girl Should Know About Reinvention”:
- Reinvention is an ACT not a destination
- You must be willing to jump off the edge of your map
- Successful re-inventors align their actions with their intentions
- Give yourself permission to be remarkable
- You need a team
